AI pre-consultation app deployed at 3 healthcare providers (Thai Nguyen, eMed, An Giang): patients describe symptoms by chat or voice and the hospital receives an AI-generated medical summary. Runs on iOS, Android and Web from one codebase.

• Built streaming AI chat with an editable medical summary and red-flag emergency warnings
• Built voice input end-to-end: recording, speech-to-text, live waveform and on-device voice activity detection (Silero VAD / ONNX) on mobile and web
• Built Flutter Web support via a platform-abstraction layer, sharing one codebase across iOS, Android and Web
• Delivered phone/OTP identity verification, health profiles, consent flows and FCM push notifications (incl. navigation from background/terminated state)
• Applied Clean Architecture with BLoC, Dio with automatic token refresh, multi-environment config and Sentry monitoring
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions & Fastlane
• Supports Vietnamese and English
